CFA believes in working with the most experienced and premier architects and interior designers in the industry.  We are always interested in being introduced to quality candidates As we recognize that the best leads come from people, we offer the following incentives to individuals that introduce qualified candidates that we find a new job.

Refer a Candidate (Job Seeker)

We reward your loyalty with a referral fee to you when we place your candidate for the first time or when we place our candidate at a firm you refer to us.

If we place the candidate on a permanent basis, you receive a $500 fee.  If the candidate’s salary is $150k+, you receive $1000.

If we place the candidate on a temporary basis, you receive $75.  If the job lasts longer than 3 months, you receive an additional $425.
